Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before choosing a weft

What's the difference between Machine, Genius, Butterfly and Halo weft?+
Machine is a classic sewn track; Genius uses a thin PU base for an invisible finish; Butterfly is a bead-in PU-hole weft applied only where needed; Halo sits on a wire under your top hair with no clips or glue.
How long does a weft last?+
6–12 months for Remy and 2–3 years for Virgin hair.
Can the weft be cut to size?+
Yes — cut only where there are no hair strands, then seal the end to prevent shedding.
Do wefts damage natural hair?+
No. They are applied by sewing, beading, or taping, with no harsh chemicals or heat.
Who should install a weft?+
A stylist is recommended for sew-in and bead methods to ensure even tension and a comfortable fit.
