1. Handling & Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide using trusted international carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.
1.1 Order Confirmation
• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please contact us promptly if you have any special requests before your order enters processing.
1.2 Processing Time
• All items undergo strict quality inspection before shipment.
• In-stock orders: 2–3 business days
• Custom or low-stock orders: 5–9 business days, depending on the order.
1.3 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
• You may choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times (not guaranteed):
    FedEx: 3–5 business days
    DHL: 7–9 business days
    China Post: 10-14 business days
• Shipping delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons.
1.4 Tracking Information
• Tracking numbers are provided after shipment. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
1.5 Taxes & Customs Duties
• All orders are shipped from China. Most of our selected shipping methods do not normally require additional customs duties, but this cannot be fully guaranteed.
• In rare cases where import taxes or customs fees apply, buyers are required to cooperate with local customs and make payment promptly. Failure to do so may result in delivery delays or, in extreme cases, customs seizure or destruction of the shipment.

2.Refund and Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
2.1 Return Window
• Customers must initiate the return within 7 days and provide a valid tracking number within 14 days.
• Returns received after 21 days from delivery are not eligible.
2.2 Monetary Refund
• For approved returns, refunds will be issued excluding original shipping costs and a handling fee, based on the product’s original price:
(1) Product Price ≤ $500 , Handling Fee $20;
(2) Product Price ≤ $1000 , Handling Fee $50;
(3) Product Price >$1000 , Handling Fee $100;
2.3 Delivery & Customs Notice
• If a delivery fails due to recipient unavailability or customs clearance issues, the courier may hold, return, or destroy the package.
(1) Destroyed packages: No refund will be issued
(2) Returned packages: An $60 restocking fee will be deducted
RGB Hair is not responsible for these situations, but we will notify you and assist whenever possible.
2.4 Eligible Products
Products must:
• Be unused, unaltered, and undamaged
• Have original tags and packaging
• Be returned within 7 days of delivery
2.5 Non-Returnable Items
• Used, altered, washed, or damaged items
• Custom orders, clearance, final sale items
• Products returned after 21 days
• Custom hair services
Non-eligible items will be returned at the customer’s expense.
2.6 Return Shipping Cost
• All return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.

    3 How to Return
    Please contact our customer service team to request a return. We will review and approve your return request, then provide you with the return address.

    4 Exchanges
• Before your order is shipped, you may contact us to request an exchange. Our customer service team will confirm the exchange details with you in advance, including any price differences.

• After you receive your order, we are happy to accept exchange requests for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please contact our customer service team. We will confirm the exchange details and any price difference, and process the exchange within 3 business days after receiving the returned item.

• The first exchange for the same order is free (you only need to cover the round-trip shipping costs).

• From the second exchange onward, an additional $20 restocking fee will be charged for each exchange.
