Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customized products (including trims to size, gray hair additions, etc.) are final sale, no return, no exchange, no refund.

b. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
